JOB PURPOSE

This position assists the team to handle the client payroll and other payroll-related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work collaboratively with the manager in the preparation of payroll data, benefits, and the administration of social insurance, provident fund, and other related programs;
  • To process and prepare monthly payroll reports for clients;
  • To ensure smooth and effective operation of clients HR databases;
  • To assist the manager in developing and managing an effective and responsive payroll function for clients;
  • To ensure consistency in the application of compensation and benefits (C&B) policies and practices;
  • To be responsible for common administrative tasks related to HR payroll;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Final year students or fresh graduate with degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • No experience is required;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications;
  • Good command of English.
