Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Senior AI Consultant to lead the AI discovery phase of a large-scale digital transformation program in the renewable energy sector.

The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and prioritising Generative AI and Agentic AI opportunities across the residential solar value chain and translating them into a validated, business-ready AI implementation roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, consulting, and enterprise AI use-case assessment, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into measurable business value.

Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI discovery activities, including current-state assessment, opportunity identification, and prioritisation.
• Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops with client executives, business users, and technology teams.
• Identify and qualify Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across sales, installation, operations, maintenance, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Assess AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, risk, and implementation effort.
• Develop business cases with quantified benefits, cost estimates, and expected Return on Investment (ROI).
• Define a prioritised AI implementation roadmap, including pilot and Proof of Concept (PoC) opportunities and implementation sequencing.
• Outline the target operating model, AI governance framework, and responsible AI considerations.
• Prepare and present discovery findings, recommendations, and deliverables to senior client stakeholders.
• Support solution shaping and proposal development for subsequent AI implementation phases.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align AI opportunities with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or AI/analytics advisory.
• Proven track record of leading AI or data-driven transformation discovery and strategy engagements.
• Strong working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning applications in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases with clear business value.
• Experience evaluating AI opportunities for feasibility, data readiness, risk, effort, and expected benefits.
• Strong business case development skills, including cost estimation and ROI assessment.
• Experience developing AI implementation roadmaps and prioritising pilots or PoCs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and rapid, time-boxed discovery engagements.
• Mandatory: Fluency in both Thai and English.
