Responsible for managing bancassurance products endtoend to support the bank's strategy and drive fee income. Work with customer segments and insurance partners to design, evaluate, and enhance products, ensuring customer fit and market attractiveness. Monitor performance and provide insights for continuous product improvement. Manage all product documentation and ensure accurate, timely product launches.
Job description
- Manage insurance product lifecycle: design, development, management approval, launch, and enhancement.
- Collaborate with customer segment team to analyze customer needs and assess financial benefits for bank, sales channels, and customers.
- Work with insurance partners on product design, negotiation, and selection.
- Monitor product performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to drive fee income.
- Prepare and manage product details and documents to ensure accuracy of marketing and training materials.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in insurance, bancassurance, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products. Background in bancassurance is preferred.
- Analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and product evaluation.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong execution discipline.
