Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects with a focus on SAP MM (Materials Management)
• Gather business requirements and conduct workshops aligned with SAP best practices in procurement and inventory management
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and design business blueprints for MM processes (Procure-to-Pay)
• Configure SAP MM modules including purchasing, inventory management, and valuation
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and PP for end-to-end process alignment
• Execute unit, integration, and regression testing, including support for user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare documentation such as configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals
• Deliver training sessions for key users and end users
• Support data migration activities related to MM (master data and transactional data)
• Perform go-live preparation and provide post go-live support
• Analyze and resolve SAP MM incidents and provide ongoing application support
• Follow project methodology and support processes aligned with ITIL framework
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation or upgrade project, preferably in SAP MM module
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Private/Public Cloud) and Fiori applications
• Understanding of integration with other modules such as FI, SD, and PP
• Experience in process improvement and basic debugging is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• SAP MM certification is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good command of English
• Willingness to visit customer sites
