Job Description:
- Lead and manage the entire architectural design process, from initial concept and schematic design through design development (DD).
- Drive the interpretation of client briefs, converting complex requirements into clear design criteria, drawings, and specifications.
- Proactively lead design solutions and innovation; provide expert technical guidance to the team to resolve complex project challenges.
- Establish and enforce design quality standards (QA/QC), ensuring all deliverables meet technical accuracy, client expectations, and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary design lead in coordination with clients, consultants, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Review and ensure all design reports and documentation strictly comply with client standards, Thai laws & regulations, and technical feasibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior architects and designers, reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Oversee the preparation of high-impact presentations and reports for key stakeholder and client meetings.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Travel as required for site analysis, construction oversight, or critical client meetings.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive work experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Senior or Lead Designer role, demonstrating team leadership
- or mentorship.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is a must.
- Strong proficiency in other design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Good command of English (Conversation level)
- Proven ability to lead and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and time management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
- Must have Architect license.
