Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Architect with extensive experience in database architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance tuning and optimization, data streaming, and ETL pipelines. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring, observability, and incident triage, along with a collaborative mindset to integrate DevOps practices into database management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust database architectures that meet business requirements.
• Optimize database performance through tuning and best practices.
• Develop and maintain data streaming and ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data flow.
• Monitor database performance and implement observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Lead incident triage efforts to quickly address database-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into database management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in database architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in performance tuning and optimization of databases.
• Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies and ETL pipeline development.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability tools for database management.
• Experience in incident triage and resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience with DevOps integration.
