We deliver construction, interior fit-out, engineering, and A&A services for offices, retail, hospitality, and F&B sectors, managing projects from planning to handover with a focus on quality and reliability.

Job Summary

Support project leadership by coordinating architectural design and construction activities to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design detailing between clients and consultants to align project requirements and deliverables
• Review, update, and coordinate architectural work including shop drawings to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements using BIM software to ensure quality and productivity
• Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to prevent conflicts, disputes, and abortive work on projects
• Ensure architectural works comply with specifications and authority requirements to maintain quality standards
• Schedule architectural works, manage material requisition, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain documentation per the Master Programme
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to facilitate smooth work transitions
• Inspect ongoing work, identify issues, and monitor rectifications to uphold quality standards
• Coordinate submission and status updates of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials while supervising work progress
• Conduct routine inspections of installed works and maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors
• Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawing submissions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishing work
• Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve coordination issues
• Availability for alternate Saturday work per month
