Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with HR generalist responsibilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage comprehensive C&B programmes for medical professionals while driving strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1.Compensation & Benefits Management
- Administer, develop and implement compensation strategies for medical personnel, including salary reviews, performance bonuses, innovative reward programme and various remuneration payments.
- Coordinate the annual medical manpower planning exercise and budget preparation, incorporating workforce analytics and market trends
- Develop and maintain performance tracking systems to facilitate staff recognition and incentive programmes
- Manage awards submissions and recognition initiatives to enhance employee engagement
2.HR Business Partnership
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for designated staff groups, including talent sourcing, selection, and successful onboarding, including conducting thorough candidate assessments through interviews and reference checks
- Analyse recruitment metrics, costs, and grant utilisation to optimise hiring processes
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs relating to HR matters and with designated staff groups in addressing their HR related matters eg. Career development, remuneration, employment terms etc.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery
- Provide strategic insights through exit interview analysis and retention recommendations
What We're Looking For
i.Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of C&B/Payroll experience
- Proven track record in HR generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
ii.Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and macros)
- Experience with HRIS systems (Success Factors knowledge is advantageous)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
iii.Personal Attributes
- Sharp attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Professional maturity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
