Job Summary

foreign currency exchange services by processing transactions, advising customers on exchange rates and related fees, and ensuring accurate cash handling of foreign currencies. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Calculate and provide customers with foreign exchange rates, fees, and transaction-related information.
• Advise customers on foreign exchange services and applicable transaction requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to obtain and communicate exchange rate information and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Count, verify, reconcile, and securely maintain foreign currency holdings.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support branch operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Experience in banking operations or cash management centers is an advantage.
• Experience in foreign exchange operations or currency-related services is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English communication.
• Service-minded with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
