About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Engineer to join a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting equipment testing, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional engineering initiatives for advanced microelectronics assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities

Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems.
Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and customer evaluation setups.
Provide technical feedback to product development teams to drive design-for-manufacturability and serviceability improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, wire bonding, or die attach process technology.
Tooling: Familiarity with data analysis tools, CAD software, or automated test platforms is advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
