Have the Mileage: 7–10 years (for SBM) or 5–8 years (for BM) in FMCG/Bev or Lifestyle brand management in Thailand.
Are Bilingual & Articulate: Mandatory fluency in Thai and English. You can write/localize copy and present confidently to diverse stakeholders.
Are Creative-Commercial: You are equal parts big idea and big data. You are as comfortable briefing a creative agency as you are analyzing an ROI dashboard.
Know the Trade: You understand the nuances of MT, GT, and E-commerce sell-through.
Have Low Ego / High Standards: You have a bias to action and care more about the work than the title.
