Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to analyze complex business and operational requirements, translating them into clear, actionable business solutions.
Lead end-to-end requirements activities including discovery, analysis, validation, and documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory considerations in a fintech environment.
Develop and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts (e.g. business requirements, process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications) to support effective delivery and knowledge reuse.
Assess current business processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and option analyses (including pros/cons and recommendations) to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into feasible and effective solutions.
Support project and initiative delivery by providing business analysis input on scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and outcomes.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs to drive shared understanding and alignment.
Provide advisory support during releases, including change impact analysis and input to training or communication plans where required.
Act as a senior point of escalation for complex business or process issues, taking ownership to diagnose root causes and ensure resolution.
Proactively challenge assumptions and existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role.
Experience in fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency environments is highly preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing change through insight and evidence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaboration across teams.
