Summary: The Business Analyst plays a crucial role as the primary liaison between IT and users. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the requirements gathering meeting with the business and/or operations team.
• Create and Maintain Business Requirements Document.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Solid understanding of business processes and systems, including experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge in Figma - design workflows, mockups, etc.
