We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support business improvement, system enhancement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The role works closely with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify operational challenges and convert them into well-defined initiatives and solution outlines.
- Review and interpret business and performance data to uncover insights, patterns, and areas for enhancement, delivering results in a clear and practical manner.
- Create detailed requirement documents and functional descriptions to support system upgrades and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with business representatives, system owners, and technical teams to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business goals.
- Assist with end-to-end project activities including setting priorities, coordinating user testing, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ experience in roles related to business analysis, project coordination, process optimization, or IT solution delivery.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven capability to translate requirements into practical outcomes.
- Proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong interest in continuous improvement and system enhancement.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
