Job Description

Office Location: RD&I Thailand TMICC Office, Ladkrabang Industrial Estate

Working Arrangement: At least 3 days per week and flexible according to TMICC Thailand Policy

Travel Requirements: Occasional < 1 week per year

This role is positioned within the Ice Cream Global RD&I Team in China and Thailand (location specifics to be confirmed). The successful candidate will join the Digital and Data Team, collaborating with colleagues across various RD&I functions to support ongoing digital initiatives and contribute to the establishment of the Magnum Ice Cream Company.

Candidates should demonstrate strong system and business analysis skills and display a proactive approach toward adopting a digital mindset to advance the PLM agenda and address the needs of the RD&I community. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse teams and deliver significant business impact.

Main Accountabilities

  • Provide support for the implementation of the PLM Programme.
  • Contribute to the establishment of new business processes, such as compliance and project management initiatives.
  • Investigate, analyse, and define digital workflows across RD&I functions.
  • Collaborate with global users, capability teams, and third-party partners to design, develop, and co-create digital solutions, prioritizing end-user needs and experience.
  • Facilitate change management activities and deliver user support and training.
  • Sustain ongoing PLM Programme operations to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.

Critical Success Factors for the Role / Key Skills and Relevant Experience:

  • Preferably experienced in PLM systems or product development within the FMCG or Foods industry.
  • Strong computer literacy and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently within a matrix organization engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for adopting and enhancing digital tools.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload.
