Senior Business Analyst
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Thai + BSS Domain) based in Bangkok to join a large-scale telecom BSS transformation program. The program spans Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, and B2B lines of business, and requires deep module-level expertise across CRM, Order Management (OM), EPC, and CPQ. The role works within an assigned delivery squad under the Lead BA.
Mandatory: Thai national or Thai-speaking required. Must be fully bilingual (English + Thai) to conduct requirement workshops in Thai, engage customer stakeholders directly, and produce deliverables in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the module-level BSS business analyst within an assigned delivery squad, gathering and analysing requirements across Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, and B2B product lines.
- Write well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; maintain the squad backlog under direction of the Lead BA.
- Conduct requirement workshops in Thai with customer and business stakeholders; map as-is and to-be solution processes for assigned BSS modules (CRM, OM, EPC, CPQ).
- Map requirements to to-be solution processes and support configuration, integration, and UAT activities for assigned BSS modules.
- Apply telecom BSS domain expertise across Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, and B2B product lines, covering CRM, Order Management, EPC, and CPQ modules.
- Produce clear documentation, reports, and presentations in Thai and English.
- Work collaboratively within the delivery squad, coordinating with technical leads, solution architects, and the Lead BA to ensure requirement traceability through to delivery.
- Support testing phases including SIT and UAT; raise and track defects, facilitate sign-off with business stakeholders in Thai.
Required Experience
- Thai national or Thai-speaking; fully bilingual in Thai and English — mandatory for this role (Vendor – Local Hire, Bangkok).
- Minimum 10 years of BSS business analysis experience in telecom, with a proven track record of module-level delivery across CRM, OM, EPC, or CPQ.
- Deep Telco BSS knowledge with hands-on module expertise in CRM, Order Management (OM), EPC (Eligibility/Product Catalogue), and CPQ (Configure Price Quote).
- Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) with backlog/user story management.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and requirement analysis sessions in Thai; comfortable operating in a bilingual (Thai/English) delivery environment.

- Prepaid & Postpaid Mobile services (Airtime, IoT, M2M, 5G)
- Fixed Broadband, IPTV & Enterprise Fixed Line (B2B)
- BSS modules: CRM, Order Management (OM), EPC, CPQ — across consumer and enterprise segments
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities (Thai & English).
- Experienced working within Agile delivery squads under a Lead BA; able to take direction and deliver independently at module level.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
