Senior Business Development Executive_Cross Border Transfer (Ascend Money)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new partner in order to unlock more infrastructure and enhance negotiation power
• End to end partner management
• Regularly negotiate for better rate particularly for strategic segment
• Derive the best transfer fee and exchange rate
• Support commercial execution for cross border business
• Build and optimize effective acquisition campaigns for cross borders
• Execute campaign operations
• Support cross function team alignment to derive successful campaign
• Support in project management

Requirement

• Bachelor or master degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or engineer or related fields
• Expertise in soft-skills, strong conceptual, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Be a good team player with enthusiasm and energetic drive
• Be proactive and possess growth mindset, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new thing
• Be able to cross-functional team players and manage end-to-end projects in a timely manner when needed
