Lead technical evaluation, feasibility, and layout optimization for warehouse projects, ensuring selected sites are operationally efficient, technically sound, and scalable.
Evaluate potential sites for access, infrastructure, and development constraints
Translate logistics requirements into optimized layouts (dock configuration, truck flow, yard planning)
Work with landlords and developers to refine design before lease commitment
Provide technical input for feasibility studies and CAPEX estimation
Identify risks early and propose cost-effective, practical solutions
Support project execution to ensure alignment with design intent
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align technical and operational requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus)
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, site development, or warehouse projects
Strong experience in layout planning, feasibility, and site evaluation
Understanding of logistics operations (truck flow, dock planning) is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to balance technical, operational, and cost considerations
