Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partner Support (Primary Focus)

  • Support acquisition and activation of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and key retail clients by providing timely information on products, promotions, and partnership structures.
  • Assist the sales/BD team with lead follow-up, proposal preparation, commission scheme explanations, and tracking of IB performance and client referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of IB and client activities in CRM or tracking tools, ensuring data is up-to-date for reporting and commission calculation.

IB Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Onboard new IBs, guiding them through registration, KYC, agreement signing, and portal/navigation basics.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for IBs, addressing questions on marketing materials, tracking links, client account status, and campaign mechanics.
  • Coordinate with marketing to provide localized promotional and educational materials that partners can use to grow their client base.

Client Coordination & Support Transition

  • Act as a liaison between high-value retail clients and internal support/operations teams to ensure smooth resolution of account, funding, and platform issues.
  • Collect client and partner feedback on products, platforms, and services, and channel insights back to relevant teams to support improvements.
  • Over time, support the development of structured client care processes (e.g., VIP follow-up, retention campaigns), shifting part of the role toward ongoing customer support and relationship management.

Training & Localized Engagement

  • Organize and coordinate localized training sessions, webinars, and small events for partners and key clients (online and offline), including scheduling, invitations, and logistics.
  • Work with internal experts and external partners to develop basic training content on platform usage, account types, and trading tools suitable for Myanmar and regional audiences.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regular reports on IB performance, client activity, and pipeline status for management review.
  • Ensure all partner and client interactions follow internal policies and relevant regulatory guidelines for forex/CFD services.

Documentation Support

  • Provide clear and accurate translation support from English to Burmese for system messages, project documentation, marketing materials, and customer communication as needed, ensuring consistency with Ultima Markets brand voice and terminology.

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in sales support, client relations, or partnership coordination, preferably in forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services.
  • Solid understanding of the introducing broker (IB) model and how IBs add value in forex/CFD markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a client-first mindset and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Burmese; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
