Senior Creative Interior Designer (Luxury Hospitality)

Employer:

Our client is an established international design practice based in Bangkok, specializing in award-winning luxury hospitality, resort, and commercial developments across APAC and the Middle East. Working directly alongside the Design Directors, you will lead concept design and spatial storytelling for high-profile hotel projects, driving creative execution from initial vision through to site handover and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Creative Design Director to establish creative concepts, spatial narratives, and bespoke design directions for luxury hotel and resort portfolios.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and PowerPoint presentation packages for clients and operators.
Prepare and review detailed drawing packages, technical specifications, and FF&E documentation in coordination with the CAD team.
Coordinate directly with clients, architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and design issues.
Monitor site progress, ensure design quality compliance, manage project deliverables, and train and supervise junior designers.

Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related creative discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in top-tier interior design consultancies with a strong track record in high-end luxury hospitality projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS PowerPoint.
Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to articulate design vision and spatial storytelling.
Fluency in Thai and English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
