Senior Credit Manager
Job Description
- Managing risk for Thailand operations of Credit Analyst, Credit admin, Collection.
- Overseeing approval process, including credit analysis of potential borrowers
- Coordinate with data & credit analytics team and develop financial models, conduct benchmarking &
process analysis.
- Understand and assimilate market trends and credit bureau data for meaningful credit analysis.
- Oversee credit operations & collections and manage end to end risk process.
- Oversee compliance activities, including KYC/AML checks and regulatory reporting as stipulated by the regulators.
- Guide & monitor sales team to explore solutions.
- Conceptualize and develop new products suitable for retail, micro and SME market.
- Manage the implementation of the risk function, including:
- Processes, tools, and systems to identify, assess, and report risks for a rapidly growing portfolio of loans.
- Development of credit administration, debt management and risk mitigation processes.
- Perform any other duties or obligations as may be instructed or assigned by the Company to you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Finance, Business administration, Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in credit analysis/Underwriter (Banking or Financial institution is preferred)
- Good and familiar with Credit Analysis, Analytical Skill with Sound Instincts for Risk Assessment
- Energetic and good interpersonal skill
- Be able to work independently
- Strong communication skill.
- Can communication in English (TOEIC score 600+)
