Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed analyses of business (lending) opportunities to support decision-making and strategic planning.

· Create comprehensive reports and dashboards with actionable insights, utilizing advanced visualization techniques.

· Apply data science methods to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models that contribute to effective decision-making and strategic initiatives.

· Partner closely with Business Unit and Data Engineer teams to uncover trends and insights, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with market demands and business objectives.

· Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

· Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and deliver findings through clear and impactful visual, written, and verbal communication.

Qualifications

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience in the data analytics lifecycle, including problem identification, measurement/matrix, exploratory data analysis, and data insight presentation.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Proven ability to support and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.

Advanced skills in SQL and Tableau are essential
