Senior Data Intelligence Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our growing Data & Business Intelligence team. This role will act as a key partner to the Head of Data & Business Intelligence, driving data strategy and leading end-to-end data initiatives across our commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Analytics initiatives

Design and optimize data architecture, data pipelines, and scalable data platforms

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to support business decision-making

Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify growth opportunities

Drive data governance, data quality, and best practices across the organization

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts

Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields

Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Platforms

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Proven experience leading data teams and cross-functional projects

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Retail, Digital Platform, or Commerce businesses is highly preferred.
