What You'll Do:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building intelligent agents and conversational AI systems that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more human. You will:
- Design & build LLM-powered RAG pipelines with Azure Cognitive Search or similar vector databases.
- Develop conversational agents using LangChain, Python, and cutting-edge agent frameworks.
- Fine-tune or prompt-tune LLMs (Azure OpenAI) for healthcare insurance use cases.
- Integrate structured & unstructured data (MongoDB, MSSQL) into AI workflows.
- Build high-performance APIs with FastAPI for real-time model serving.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance product UX and AI performance.
- Optimize agent memory, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Drive innovation with A/B testing, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation cycles.
Skill Required:
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or NLP engineering.
- Solid experience building RAG pipelines, LLM-based applications, or vector search.
- Strong skills in Python and FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on with MongoDB, unstructured/structured data integration.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, and context optimization.
- Experience with Azure cloud AI services is a huge plus.
- Great communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Worked on agentic AI architectures or multi-agent orchestration.
- Integrated claims, benefits, or policy data into AI workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer systems, HIPAA, or regulatory environments.
