Role Overview

The Head of Finance Business Partner is a strategic finance leader responsible for partnering with Business Unit leadership across multiple geographies to drive profitable growth, value creation, and business performance. The role leads global finance business partnering activities, translates business strategy into financial plans, provides commercial insights to support decision-making, and oversees planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role leads an international team and collaborates across the One Finance organization to ensure financial insights, governance, and business priorities are aligned to achieve Group objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or senior finance leadership roles within a global or multinational organization.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership teams and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, investment evaluation, and value creation initiatives.
• Experience operating within complex matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple finance functions.
