Job Title: Senior Category Manager - Indirect Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend categories such as IT, Facilities, HR Services, Marketing, Professional Services, Travel, and Logistics.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
• Drive annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and value engineering initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships and establish governance frameworks to improve supplier performance.
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and industry benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and execute complex contracts while minimizing business risk.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
• Develop procurement roadmaps and category management plans to achieve long-term business goals.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
• Lead and mentor procurement and sourcing teams.
