- Main responsibility is in charge of employee relations function, handle union relations management and compliance issues.
- To follow up and up date labour law and investigate company activities to comply with law.
- To be employer representative in welfare committee or handle union (if necessary).
- Advise on disciplinary action and consult line supervisors on all issues involving manufacturing employees on a wide range of issues, including discipline issues.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, HRM, Political Science, Laws or related field.
- At least 5 years experience Employee Relation .
- Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law including regulation and negotiation with Labor Union.
- Good business English skill, both of writing and speaking.
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office.
