Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings across various trades (Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist Subcontractors).
• Facilitate the end-to-end tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and coordination of meetings with consultants and clients.
• Develop clear and concise presentation materials for client briefings to aid in decision-making.
• Review project specifications, shop drawings, and provide necessary technical clarifications.
• Prepare and monitor the progress of shop drawings and sample schedules alongside procurement timelines.
• Manage submissions and approvals for shop drawings and samples from consultants.
• Ensure the efficient handling of received and issued consultant drawings and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Address and rectify technical and coordination challenges arising within the project team and associated partners.
• Oversee claim-related issues and maintain systematic tracking of action items.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or related industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM software relevant to Architectural, Structural, and MEP tasks.
• Experience in 3D modelling and visualisation tools such as SketchUp.
• Capability to coordinate and verify architectural, M&E, and structural workshop drawings.
• Familiarity with architectural trades is essential.
