Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors under Singapore region quality team (GOBM contributes more than 30% of total packaging volumes, subcontractors managed by Singapore region contributes around 25% of the overall subcontracted volume), mainly focus on Thailand subcon UTAC Thailand and NXP with possible expansion on Carbon Projects AIC and ATX.
- Primary interface between ST Divisions and subcontractor to ensure timely react to quality issue in customer and subcontractors. Manage 8D quality and cycle time.
- Performs on-site compliancy and validation of 8D committed actions
- Responsible for cross-fertilization of good activities from other plant and deployment of special quality requirement from customers
- Conducts GEMBA Walks and Support customer on-site audit in subcontractor.
- Accountable for internal & external customer complaints and driving subcontractor for continuous improvement.
- Follow-up and review subcontractors Quality Improvement Projects with ST GOBM regional team
- Manages non-conformance lots through LEMS/MRB tool and stationary lots
- Training subcontractor for ST's quality requirement & quality tools
- Efficiency in using ST tools/database including PCMS and DMS (D2) to improve productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality in semiconductor.
- Knowledge of ISO and IAFT is a plus.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly.
