We are seeking a highly effective Senior Executive/Manager to join our Transformation Team in our department dedicated to employment and employability!

In this role, you will support NTUC's sub-department in the transformation journey through process redesign, digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to redesign processes, implement solutions and support change adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders to identify process improvement and transformation opportunities.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and map current and future-state processes.
• Support the implementation of digitalisation, automation, process improvement and transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities, including testing, deployment and user adoption.
• Engage vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare project updates, reports and documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement or transformation roles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation or AI-related initiatives will be an advantage.

Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute

Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
