SeniorFacilities Manager (Operations & Compliance)

The SeniorFacilities Manager (Operations & Compliance) directs daily facility operations, vendor performance, and workplace safety compliance across ourcorporate property portfolio.

KeyResponsibilities

Operations & Compliance: Direct daily facility operations, conduct onsite safety andservice audits, and ensure strict adherence to local legislative and WSH regulations.
Process Optimization: Review operational policies, provide technical systems advice,and implement automation to improve efficiency.
Procurement & Budgeting: Manage end-to-end procurement, tenders, and contracts whiledelivering accurate financial forecasts and budget projections.
Stakeholder Leadership: Lead internal operations teams, manage vendor relationships, andact as the primary operational liaison for key organizational events.

Requirements

Degree inEngineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15years in facilities management/maintenance, including at least 7 years in amanagerial role.
Deepfamiliarity with local workplace safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
Credentials(Preferred): FSM, GMM, GMFM, SCEM, WSH certifications, LEW, or a Master'sdegree.
Strongleadership, financial acumen, procurement expertise, and the ability to deliverunder tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
