We're partnering with a global, private equity-backed consumer wellness manufacturer — a business exporting to dozens of markets worldwide — to find the next Senior Finance Manager for its established manufacturing plant on the Gulf Coast of Southern Thailand.

This is a rare senior finance opportunity based locally, ideal for finance professionals already living in the region, or Bangkok-based professionals with roots in the South looking to return home to a genuinely global role.

The Opportunity

You'll be the financial engine room of a major manufacturing operation — owning plant financial performance, driving cost discipline, and partnering directly with plant and business leadership on decisions that matter. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll lead a multi-site finance team and have real visibility into a global group entering an exciting new phase as a standalone company.

What You'll Own

• Plant financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting
• Standard cost accounting and new product cost estimation
• Business partnering with plant and cross-functional business leadership
• Capital project evaluation and investment appraisal
• Internal controls design, effectiveness and audit support
• Leadership and development of a multi-site finance team
• Payroll governance and management-level payroll oversight

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years in a finance/accounting leadership role within manufacturing
• Strong standard costing and cost accounting expertise
• Confident, assertive communication style — able to influence business heads without friction
• Established manufacturing background, ideally within an organization of 700+ employees in Thailand; international exposure an advantage, not essential
• Fluent Thai and English
