Job Role:- Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Location:- India

Experience:- 7+Years

Role Purpose

Design, develop, maintain, and modernize full-stack applications using .NET technologies while supporting application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using modern .NET technologies.
Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and web applications.
Work with Angular or React to support front-end development and integration.
Develop complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack, including UI, APIs, middleware, and databases.
Support legacy applications and assess existing system behaviour to facilitate modernization initiatives.
Contribute to application modernization, including migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core and API restructuring.
Use Git-based version control and follow established development practices.
Participate in CI/CD, DevOps, and automation activities.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and promote development standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and peer support while working within established architectural and team frameworks.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in .NET application development.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework/EF Core, and modern .NET.
Experience with Angular or React.
Strong SQL Server skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
Basic knowledge of Classic ASP and older .NET versions for legacy application support.
Experience in application modernization and migration initiatives.
Proficiency with Git and platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across the application stack.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to provide peer-level technical guidance without direct architectural or people-management responsibilities.
