About our group:

The Learning, Development & Performance (LD&P) function is dedicated to empowering Seagate employees through impactful learning programs, leadership development, and performance management. Our group designs and delivers initiatives that support talent growth and drive organizational effectiveness. LD&P is an integral part of Seagate's global People and Places organization, partnering with teams across all regions to align development strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance worldwide.

About the role - you will:

• Support the coordination and execution of global talent development programs and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and leadership development activities.
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of talent development projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback to help improve program effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for cross-functional meetings and project tracking.

About you:

• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting talent growth.
• You have strong organizational and communication skills.
• You work well in a team and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• You are adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Thai.

Your experience includes:

• Experience in HR administration, learning & development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with organizing events, trainings, or workshops.
• Strong skills in documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Basic data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience with HR systems or tools is a plus.

Location:

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives. Our employees enjoy ample on-site parking as well as free shuttle vans and buses within the city of Korat, to and from Bangkok, and on the weekend to and from Khon Kaen University.
