Senior Graphic Designer

Whizz HR is hiring for a Graphic Designer to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai:

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and execute print and digital design materials.
• Proficient in AI tools.
• Ensure the correct and consistent application of brand guidelines.
• Pitch creative solutions aligned with marketing strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital platforms as per required specifications.
• Lead creative direction and guide stakeholders toward effective, high-impact design solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong craft in visual concepts, creative direction, and design execution.
• Ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling creative ideas.
• Experience designing within strict brand identity guidelines.
• Solid understanding of both digital and print production processes.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (AE, Premiere Pro is a bonus).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional, multicultural, and global teams.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Sketch and Figma is an added advantage.
