We are looking for a hands-on and highly independent Senior HR Executive to support our growing operations in Bangkok
This role will serve as a key HR point of contact for the local office, covering a broad spectrum of HR operations, employee relations, payroll administration, and recruitment. You will work closely with regional HR stakeholders as well as the local Administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and a positive employee experience
The ideal candidate is a strong HR generalist who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and international business environment
What You'll Be Working On
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Bangkok office and act as the primary local HR point of contact for employees.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, employee movements, documentation, offboarding, and other HR administrative processes.
- Manage and coordinate monthly payroll administration for the local team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide appropriate HR guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, leave records, attendance information, and other HR-related data.
- Support and coordinate local HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company guidelines and applicable Thai employment requirements.
- Partner closely with the local Administration team to support smooth office and employee operations.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and regional Talent Acquisition/HR teams to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment delivery.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
- Assist with HR reporting and provide relevant HR information to regional stakeholders when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and proactively drive operational improvements.
- Handle other HR-related responsibilities and projects according to business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, Senior HR Executive, Senior HR Specialist, or similar capacity
- Solid hands-on experience in HR operations and employee relations
- Practical experience handling or coordinating monthly payroll in Thailand
- Prior recruitment experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to independently support sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and general HR practices within Thailand.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a lean local team while collaborating with regional and overseas stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience within the brokerage, financial services, fintech or other fast-paced financial services environments would be highly advantageous
- Candidates from other industries are also welcome, provided they are comfortable working in a dynamic, commercially driven, and fast-moving international environment
- Experience supporting a regional or multinational organization would be an advantage
