Job Overview/Objective:
Revomed, (https://www.revomed.co.th/) manufacturing company a subsidiary of BioActive Plus Group, is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function within a manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce stability, and full compliance, while partnering closely with business leaders to support sustainable growth and performance. Driving people excellence to power manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across corporate and manufacturing workforce
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, industrial regulations, and statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll, employee administration, and HR governance processes
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution in alignment with legal and company standards
- Act as the key liaison with government authorities and ensure audit readiness
- Workforce Planning & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to support production and business expansion
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both mass hiring (operators) and specialized roles
- Partner with plant management to address manpower challenges, shift planning, and productivity needs
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth workforce integration
- Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement:
- Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and proactively manage labour issues
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity
- Handle union-related matters (if applicable) and support conflict resolution
- Drive communication strategies between management and workforce
- Productivity & Factory HR Metrics
- Partner with Production to improve workforce productivity and efficiency
- Support line leaders in manpower utilization and performance tracking
- Drive initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and manpower waste
- Performance & Talent Management
- Implement and drive Performance Management Systems (PMS) across factory and corporate teams
- Support leadership in performance reviews, workforce productivity, and capability development
- Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Leadership & Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and plant management
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery
- Align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven experience in HR operations, industrial relations, and labour law compliance
- Strong expertise in industrial relations, labour law, and mass workforce management
- Experience in building HR structures, policies, and performance management systems & HR metrics (OT, absenteeism, productivity, labour cost)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
