Role Description The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on employee relations matters, overseeing performance management processes, and supporting talent development and succession planning. The Senior HR Business Partner will lead or support HR projects, contribute to policy development and implementation, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The role also involves analyzing HR data to provide insights, driving engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborating closely with HR colleagues to deliver consistent and effective HR services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR business partnering, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development, with the ability to coach and advise leaders at multiple levels.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Thai labor law, with a track record of ensuring compliance and fair practices.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and using insights to inform decision-making and improve HR programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior HRBP or similar role, ideally within a dynamic or multinational organization; proficiency in English and Thai is highly beneficial.
