Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and operational needs
- Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Lead and manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders on union-related matters, including negotiations, agreements, and dispute resolution
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industrial relations landscape and proactively mitigate risks
Employee Engagement & Workforce Experience
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on blue-collar and field-based employees
- Conduct focus groups and on-the-ground engagement sessions to gather insights and improve employee experience
- Build strong relationships with employees by maintaining a visible and approachable HR presence
Talent & Performance Management
- Support leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Provide coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Work closely with regional HR teams and stakeholders to support operational HR needs
Regional Mobility
- Travel regularly across the region to engage with field employees and leaders
- Develop firsthand understanding of workforce challenges and operational dynamics
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR business partnering
- Proven experience in employee relations and union/industrial relations management
- Solid knowledge of the local labor laws and IR practices
- Experience supporting blue-collar, operations, or field-based workforce
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage
- Experience working in regional or multi-site environments
