End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and collaborate with department heads to conduct manpower planning and analysis to meet organizational needs.
Payroll Oversight & Accuracy Control: Oversee and ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing, including the calculation of salaries, tax deductions, and statutory contributions in compliance with regulations.
Benefits Administration & Compensation Benchmarking: Administer employee benefits and perform compensation benchmarking against market trends to propose improvements that enhance talent acquisition and employee retention.
Labor Law Advisory & Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to employees and management regarding labor laws, work regulations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures to ensure full legal compliance.
HR Reporting & Strategic Analytics: Prepare monthly HR Dashboards and reports, including Turnover Rate, Cost per Hire, and personnel budget analysis, to support strategic corporate planning.
Qualifications
Experience: 57 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in both Payroll and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (P.N.D. 1), Social Security regulations, and Provident Fund administration.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to perform complex data analysis for payroll and HR reporting.
Professionalism & Mindset: A positive attitude with a strong service mindset; must demonstrate high confidentiality and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
