Java + DB developer

We are seeking an experienced Java + DB Developer to support a Core Banking project. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, with exposure to CI/CD processes and software delivery best practices. Banking domain experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize solutions using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning of applications and databases.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality best practices.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Experience in application integration, API development, and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Core Banking or Banking/Financial Services projects.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
