Embedded C++ Software Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded software in C++ that integrates hardware with higher-level system functions. Focuses on delivering reliable, real-time performance while optimizing memory, processing, and power usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, reusable, and efficient embedded software in C++.
• 9 to 14 Years of experience
• Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate sensors, peripherals, and new boards.
• Develop and customize Embedded Linux distributions using Yocto .
• Optimize software for memory, power consumption, and real-time performance.
• Debug and resolve system-level issues using tools such as GDB/JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and API specifications.
• Participate throughout the SDLC, from requirements and design to testing, validation, and support.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in C++ (C++11/14/17+) and Embedded Linux.
• Hands-on experience with the Yocto
• Experience with CMake, Make, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in memory management and concurrency, including race conditions, deadlocks, and priority inversion.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
