Job Summary

To drive the establishment and execution of the company's compliance framework under the direction of the Head of Compliance. This role independently owns the implementation of assigned policies and practical tools, monitors compliance practices through spot-checks, provides day-to-day guidance to business units, and embeds a strong compliance culture across the organization ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulatory requirements. The role is expected to manage assigned workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Senior Compliance Executive

• Regulatory Monitoring
  
  

Monitor law and regulation updates and translate requirements into compliance actions

• Compliance Framework & Policy Execution
  
  

Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and standardized compliance tools (e.g., automated forms/checklists)

• Compliance Advisory to Business Units
  
  

Provide compliance guidance to business units and recommend improvements to policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance

• Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
  
  

Conduct risk-based spot-checks on compliance activities, including extracting and analyzing operational and transactional data to detect non-compliance; prepare timely reports to management and relevant committees

• Compliance Investigation Support
  
  

Coordinate and support compliance investigations and maintain accurate records

• Training & Compliance Culture
  
  

Plan and deliver compliance training, communication, and awareness programs to promote understanding of regulation compliance

• Perform other related duties as assigned
