Senior Logistics - Analyst

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage transportation operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers
• Coordinate with Global Business Operations, Account Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to support effective communication and ensure the smooth execution of transportation plans and customer requirements
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives such as automation innovations
• Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and ensure adherence to high security and safety standards
• Track and maintain transportation-related KPIs and reportingto support performance measurement and strategic decision-making
• Monitor shipment planning results, fix errors in the system including working closely with IT teamto improve system accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and coordinate with carriers and monitor theirperformance, ensuring effective coordination and execution of outbound shipments to worldwide destinations
• Support shipment planning activities by preparing and communicating shipment schedules to carriers, ensuring adequate capacity and the efficient execution of shipments across multiple transportation modes :
  • Ocean (Full Container Load and Less-than Container Load)
  • Air (Under block space agreements)
  • Truck (Full Truck Load and Less-than Truck Load)

Operational Excellence :

• Assist in maintaining transportation KPI reports, analyzing performance trends, and supporting regular operational reviews
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce operational exceptions, improve carrier performance, and enhance customer service levels
• Contribute to transportation planning activities during peak seasons by supporting capacity planning, shipment monitoring, and contingency planning

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 6years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (preferably in freight transportation)
• Experience in AI, dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or similar tools)
• Experience managing relationships and coordinating activities with carriers and 3PL service providers

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and detail orientation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) system or other Transport Management Systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
