Hiring | Senior Manager – Brand Marketing | New Delhi

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 7–12 years

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Brand Marketing for a fast-growing premium Indian contemporary fashion & streetwear brand known for its distinctive identity, strong storytelling and culture-led approach.

The role will own the overall brand marketing function and work closely with the leadership team to build the brand and drive its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand strategy, positioning and 360° marketing campaigns

• Drive digital, social, PR, influencer, retail and experiential marketing

• Lead celebrity, creator and brand collaborations

• Build strong consumer and community engagement

• Partner with creative, retail, e-commerce and business teams

• Manage agencies, budgets and end-to-end campaign execution

Looking For:

• 7–12 years of experience in brand/consumer marketing

• Background in fashion, lifestyle, premium/luxury, streetwear or D2C

• Strong experience in 360° brand building and campaign leadership

• Strong storytelling, consumer understanding and stakeholder management skills

• Someone who is strategic, hands-on and creatively driven

Mandatory:

Candidates must have in-house brand experience in premium fashion, sportswear, streetwear, luxury, lifestyle, or other culture-led consumer brands.

We are looking for someone with strong creative sensibility, aesthetic understanding, consumer insight, and the ability to shape brand vision while leading creative and marketing teams.
