Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead plant maintenance for a large-scale manufacturing facility. Responsible for driving equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance excellence while ensuring compliance with Thai safety and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Thai safety regulations and plant standards
- Monitor equipment performance and improve reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and plant modifications
- Participate in CAPEX planning and project execution
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
Must-Have Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 12–15 years experience in continuous process plants & brownfield projects (Thailand)
- Background in process manufacturing (non-ferrous metals / rubber chemicals / chemical industry)
- English + Thai (speaking mandatory)
- Experience working in Thailand
- Familiarity with Thai safety regulations and ISO standards
