Senior Manager / Director Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence

Grant Thornton Thailand is looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory professional at Senior Manager or Director level to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team.

You will play a key role in delivering financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements for clients across a range of industries, working closely with Partners, clients and other transaction advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working on complex transactions, leading teams, building trusted client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of a TAS practice.

We are open to candidates at Senior Manager or Director level, depending on experience, transaction track record, leadership capabilities and potential to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements for M&A, acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and other corporate transactions.
• Analyse and assess financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow and key business drivers, and translate findings into clear and commercially relevant insights.
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of engagements, including project planning, team management, quality control and communication with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, sellers, investors, financial advisors and other transaction stakeholders.
• Work closely with Partners and senior team members to develop transaction strategies and provide practical advice to clients throughout the deal process.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the growth of the TAS team.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and expanding the firm's transaction advisory offering.
• At Director level, take a leading role in business development, client origination and the continued strategic growth of the TAS practice.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial analysis and due diligence, with the ability to understand complex financial information and identify key commercial issues.
• Proven experience in leading transaction projects and managing teams.
• Strong client management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
