Senior Manager Enterprise Infrastructure & Network

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Network leader to design, implement and govern our global enterprise network. The role owns network architecture across multiple countries and sites, drives modernization, manages vendors and service providers, and ensures high availability, performance and security throughout the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Global network architecture: design and continuously improve enterprise infrastructure and network architecture across multiple geographies, sites and business units.

• Modernization: lead WAN, cloud connectivity, remote access and infrastructure optimization initiatives with minimal business disruption.

• Assessment & roadmap: evaluate current infrastructure, recommend scalable/secure solutions, and prepare technology roadmaps and budgets.

• Governance: define standards, best practices and governance frameworks for enterprise infrastructure.

• Availability & resilience: monitor performance, capacity and availability; ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

• Troubleshooting: lead root-cause analysis for complex, cross-site infrastructure and network issues.

• Vendor management: manage telecom providers, cloud partners, infrastructure vendors and managed service providers; review proposals and deliverables.

• Stakeholder collaboration: partner with cybersecurity, applications, business and regional IT teams on enterprise initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• SD-WAN, MPLS, internet connectivity and network optimization

• Enterprise firewalls and network security

• Cloud networking (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)

• Network monitoring, performance analysis and capacity planning

• High availability, disaster recovery and business continuity

• Servers, virtualization and storage infrastructure

• Network architecture, design and technical documentation

• Infrastructure automation and modern networking concepts (added advantage)

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

• 8–10+ years managing enterprise infrastructure across multiple sites and geographies.

• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise network architecture, including multi-country deployments.

• Experience with cloud platforms, telecom providers and managed service partners.

• Track record leading infrastructure transformation/modernization projects.

• Manufacturing or multi-location enterprise exposure preferred.

• CCNP / CCIE

• Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSE / Check Point

• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer

• AWS Advanced Networking
