Senior Manager Finance Accounting

About the role

Lead the company's end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including financial closing, taxation, budgeting, cash flow and internal controls, while strengthening systems and team capabilities to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, taxation and budgeting in alignment with business objectives
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, consolidated accounts and management reports
• Supervise GL, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, costing and account reconciliations
• Oversee tax compliance and manage accounting and tax risks
• Ensure compliance with TFRS, Thai tax laws and applicable regulations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working-capital management
• Analyze business performance, costs, margins and budget variances
• Oversee credit control, accounts receivable and collection performance
• Lead ERP, dashboard, workflow, SOP and internal-control improvements

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• A valid Thai Certified Public Accountant qualification is required (CPA)
• At least 15 years of accounting and finance experience
• At least 10 years of experience at Manager level or above in a corporate organization
• Proven experience leading end-to-end accounting and finance operations and a sizable team
• Strong hands-on experience in financial closing, financial statements and consolidated reporting
• In-depth knowledge of TFRS and Thai taxation
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working-capital management
• Proven experience in ERP, accounting-system or internal-control improvement
• Strong financial analysis, business partnering and executive-presentation skills
