Dimension AI develops and delivers AI compute infrastructure and related services for enterprise customers. Our work spans GPU infrastructure procurement, data centre deployment, managed services and commercial partnerships across multiple markets. As the business expands, we seek a finance leader who can build strong financial controls and secure the capital needed to deliver projects and support growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Manager, Finance & Corporate Affairs, will lead Dimension AI's day-to-day finance function and coordinate its corporate finance activities. The role combines financial planning, reporting and governance with hands-on responsibility for banking relationships, working capital facilities, project financing and investor engagement.

The successful candidate will turn project plans and commercial contracts into credible financial models and funding proposals, working closely with management, commercial and operations teams, banks, private equity funds and professional advisers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management and Reporting

▪ Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cash flow planning and financial analysis for the company and its projects.

▪ Prepare monthly management accounts and board reports, including revenue, margins, capital expenditure, liquidity and funding requirements.

▪ Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts that reflect equipment procurement, deployment milestones, customer receipts and debt service.

▪ Oversee accounting operations, payments, receivables, payables and the integrity of financial records.

▪ Coordinate statutory accounts, external audits and tax filings with internal teams and external advisers.

▪ Establish financial policies, approval limits, internal controls and reporting processes as the business scales.

Project Financing and Working Capital

▪ Develop financing strategies for GPU infrastructure, data centre deployments and other capital-intensive projects.

▪ Build project models covering capital expenditure, operating costs, pricing, cash flows, debt capacity, investment returns and downside scenarios.

▪ Prepare funding materials, forecasts, investment cases, lender information packs and due diligence documents.

▪ Engage banks and financing providers on working capital lines, equipment finance, leasing, project finance and suitable alternative structures.

▪ Coordinate financing from initial discussions through due diligence, credit approval, documentation and drawdown.

▪ Monitor facility terms, repayments, covenants, security arrangements and ongoing lender reporting.

▪ Align customer contracts, supplier payment terms and deployment schedules with available funding.

Capital Raising and Stakeholder Relationships

▪ Support management in discussions with private equity funds, strategic investors and other potential capital partners.

▪ Prepare financial presentations, valuation analyses, forecasts and responses to investor due diligence requests.

▪ Maintain relationships with bankers, investors, auditors, legal counsel, tax advisers and corporate service providers.

▪ Present assumptions, risks and funding implications clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.

Corporate Affairs and Governance

▪ Coordinate corporate matters for Dimension AI and relevant group entities with company secretaries and legal advisers.

▪ Maintain oversight of corporate records, board and shareholder approvals, delegated authorities and material filing deadlines.

▪ Support the financial and governance aspects of new entities, market entry, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

▪ Review financial implications of major commercial agreements, procurement commitments and corporate transactions.

▪ Develop practical governance and reporting standards suited to an expanding international business.

Business Partnership and Leadership

▪ Partner with leadership, commercial, procurement and operations teams on major decisions.

▪ Assess profitability, cash needs and financial risks of customer contracts and projects before commitment.

▪ Improve systems and processes that give management reliable and timely financial information.

▪ Build and supervise the finance team as needed, including external accounting and advisory providers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

▪ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline; a recognised qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is strongly preferred.

▪ Significant experience in finance management, corporate finance, banking, infrastructure finance or a combination of these areas.

▪ Experience arranging or supporting debt facilities, working capital, equipment finance, project finance or private capital transactions.

▪ Strong financial modelling and the ability to turn commercial and technical assumptions into financing plans.

▪ Sound knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, internal controls and corporate governance.

▪ Confidence working with executives, lenders, investors and advisers; strong writing and presentation skills.

▪ A practical, hands-on approach and sound judgement in a growing business.

Experience in data centres, AI infrastructure, cloud services, technology equipment, energy or other capital-intensive sectors is advantageous. Exposure to cross-border financing and international group structures is also valuable.
